The Beginning

It all started in 2023 when Chef Zah attended his first culinary class. The instructor started the lesson by teaching the class how to make cookies, and from that moment, Zah was hooked. That same night, feeling a little hungry, he found a recipe online and baked a batch at home. After tasting one, he was pleasantly surprised by how good it turned out. He offered one to his mom, who immediately suggested he sell them at an upcoming bake sale.
